Your Film
Every event begins with a screening of a local filmmaker's short film in a cinema setting, giving audiences the opportunity to experience their work as it was meant to be seen. Following the screening, we sit down with the filmmaker for a live interview and audience Q&A, exploring their creative process, the challenges of independent filmmaking, and the stories behind the screen.
Your Inspiration
Every filmmaker has a story behind their story. After the conversation, we'll screen the cult classic, queer favourite or cinematic masterpiece that inspired their work. Whether it's a beloved horror film, an arthouse gem or an iconic queer classic, audiences can experience the creative connections firsthand and discover how one generation of filmmakers inspires the next.
